Weight:  164.8
Breakfast:  1 cup of coffee, banana and peanut butter
Lunch:  baked potato with diced chicken on top
Snack:  Apple, almonds, Veggie Straws
Dinner:  Broccoli stuffed chicken breast
Snack:  3 egg whites
Exercise:  I'm planning on walking today, but haven't gone yet.

Wednesdays are typically a busy day for me, and mine is off to what feels like a slow start.  I'm not doing too good on the eating yet today.  I've been up since about 7am and I'm just now eating my breakfast and it's almost 10am.  I know that's bad for my metabolism.  I had my coffee around 8, but I just couldn't think of anything "good" for breakfast.  The biggest problem for me with eating healthy is not having the foods I need to be eating to stay healthy on hand.  Today is my grocery shopping day, therefore my food options around the house are much more limited.  I'm out of whole wheat tortillas.  I don't have any fiber cereal.  You know how the story goes.

So today I'm going to the grocery store and I'm going to stock up on the tortillas and the other things that I eat as staples so I don't run out of them again.  My mom told me the other day that she stocks up on the tortillas and freezes them for future use.  What a good idea!  I didn't realize I could freeze tortillas.  Makes sense...I guess I just never thought of it.  So I'm going to do the same thing.  I know that if I want to be successful at this, which I do, that I'm going to have to make sure to stock up on the things that I know are helping me stay on track.
