Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee and a Luna bar
Lunch: Turkey burger with tiny bit of pimiento cheese on it on 2 slices of wheat bread
Snack: Banana with 2 tablespoons healthy peanut butter
Snack: VitaTop muffin
Dinner: Turkey patty with brown rice and a touch of ranch for flavor
Exercise: Went to the gym...they were open this time! Did chest and back and 10 minutes or cardio and about 3 minutes in the sauna. When I got home from the gym I weighed in at 165.2 but then I weighed an hour later (don't worry, I'm not normally this obsessed with weighing in!) at 164. THAT was interesting! I'm anxious to see what Monday holds.
I didn't want to spend much time on my post today mainly because today is the day my husband and I worship God and spend time together. We heard a wonderful sermon at Willow Ridge Church. As we get closer to Easter, we are remembering the pain and suffering Christ went through for us. How special it is to have a God that would send his one and only Son to die for our sins.
